Where do I send the photos?

What kind of photo would you like?

High resolution and good quality photos are recommended.

If the image quality is poor, the finished product will also look like that.

Also, please refrain from posting photos in which parts of the body are cut off, the photos are blurry, backlit, have low saturation, or the subject is obscured by objects.

How long will it take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the product, so please see the product page for details.

As this is an original product, the delivery date may vary slightly, so please order with plenty of time in advance.

I don't know anything about photo processing, would you like me to just leave it to you?

You can leave it to us. We will cut out the photos for you.

You can also use your own cut out photos.

I requested a sample confirmation but no photo was sent

You can check if the official LINE account has been added, or we will send you a sample photo via your registered email address.

If you use a mobile email address, the email may not have been delivered. It may also have been rejected due to spam or domain settings.

Please set that up.
